Question hour in Parliament is an important aspect of parliamentary democracy. The MPs ask and Ministers reply. This remains a source of government authenticated information and data. It is not an opinion, it is not news, it is pure authentic information coming from the horse’s mouth.

If one may follow all the parliamentary questions, one can get important insights into government functioning. Much of the replies depend on the Minster too, as information tends to be controlled.

In this episode, I have selected 6 questions between two dates – 15th Sept 2020 and 10th August 2021. It is interesting to see how answers are moderated in time, with the change of Minister in charge, and by political events such as elections.

Hon’ble members asked the questions and we analyze the government response.
